BOX B: Wagyu-don 2 course kit
Wagyu-don: Have you ever tried gyu-don (牛丼) before? It’s one of Japan’s most renowned donburi dishes where thinly sliced beef is simmered with tender onion in a savory-sweet soy sauce and topped on a warm bed of rice. You’re making an upgraded version with our special recipe: The beef is A5 Japanese wagyu beef slices with moreishly marbled beef and takikomi gohan (rice) cooked in wagyu beef fat and sliced ginger. Words just don’t do the flavours justice. Those who have already had this dish, can’t stop asking about when they can have it again. Try it and see for yourself. Allergens: soy
Rose Radicchio with saikyo miso dressing with orange zest and sembei sprinkles Isn’t it beautiful? We thought that since its Valentine’s this month and this rose radicchio would be the perfect accompaniment to your romantic weekend treat. Rose Radicchio is lightly less bitter and sweeter than your usual radicchio and works well charred on a hot pan and drizzled in saikyo miso dressing.
