We thought that since its Valentine’s this month and this rose radicchio would be the perfect accompaniment to your romantic weekend treat. Rose Radicchio is lightly less bitter and sweeter than your usual radicchio and works well charred on a hot pan and drizzled in saikyo miso dressing.

Former Ritz chef de partie and now owner of a superb Chocolatier called Cartografie.
