Shimeji mushroom yaki-udon: Shimeji are some of Japan's best mushrooms. They're so tasty and coated in our sweet soy yaki-udon sauce, it's honestly so moreish. Cooked with springy yummy udon noodles, tossed with cabbage and onion. Topped with a Japanese 7-spice called shichimi, chive and crispy onion, I'm sure we'll see many of you returning for more.
An all time household favourite. We have charred edamame beans which you'll cook in our delicious homemade yuzu dressing, served with grilled lemon for extra flavour.
