Chicken Kara-age with yuzu kosho mayo: Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, enjoyed with homemade yuzu kosho and made by you! Could it get much better than this? Our yuzu kosho mayo has a beautiful peppery kick and tates amazing served with spring onion and chilli topping.


King prawn & Shiso yaki-udon: Our seafood alternative to our Wagyu Beef Yaki-udon is delicious coated in our gorgous yaki-udon sauce. We offer this moreish dish with springy yummy udon noodles, tossed with shiso, cabbage, onion and shimeji. Topped with a Japanese 7-spice called shichimi, chive and crispy onion.


An all time household favourite. We have charred edamame beans which you'll cook in our delicious homemade yuzu butter, served with grilled lemon for extra flavour.
