Recipe: Tamagoyaki brioche sando
Once you get the hang of tamagoyaki (Japanese sweet rolled omelette), the rest is easy!
For 2 ppl
Tamagoyaki:
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of dashi stock
- pinch of salt
- pinch of white pepper

Paired with:
- lettuce
- kewpie mayonnaise
Tamago is often enjoyed for breakfast or as a sushi but it actually goes so well in a sando too, I’ve found.
