Can you believe it? We collaborated with the THE Endo Kazutoshi!
This time last year Makes Miso Hungry had a big pinch me moment when we did a very special collaboration with Endo-san, the Yokohama-born Michelin starred chef from Endo at the Rotunda.
We had a beautiful seasonal menu to celebrate the finest of seasonal produce. Endo-san wanted to showcase how delicious simple cooking with just a few ingredients can be and we hope you will agree that this box did just that.
Endo-san has been an inspiration and great teacher to me. From a family of sushi masters, Endo's sushi recipes and techniques have been handed down for generations with his most recent menu especially handed to him by his grandfather (which you will be able to enjoy when they reopen in May).
