After I go to New Covent Garden Market to pick up your vegetables, Billingsgate Market to pick up seafood I usually go back to mine to drop those supplies off and then head over to Smithfields Meat Market. I started out cycling there with a big ruck sack, filling it with lots of premium mince meat for the gyoza making kits! Now I drive there.
I would recommend going to Smithfield Butchers or Tom Hixon, their meat is delicious, from around the UK and available at anytime before 2pm. I'd suggest that you go around 11am to avoid low stock!
